Default Laser sights, who has them?

Im looking for a laser sight for my Smith & Wesson M&P9. I found a few that I like. I dotn really want one that attaches to the bottom in front of the trigger gaurd because I would have to get a new holster.
here are the ones Im looking at
http://www.amazon.com/LaserMax-Guide...8333066&sr=8-3
http://www.amazon.com/Crimson-Trace-...333265&sr=8-13
Amazon.com: LaserLyte Smith and Wesson M and P Rear Sight Laser: Sports & Outdoors
are there any others I should look at?

I don't like lasers personally, I think they cause a dependence that makes you lose some of your fundamentals. They're worthless outside during the day, so they're really only good inside or at night. If you're going to get one get a green laser they're more visible than red.

My stepdad has the crimson trace one and the laserlyte sight with no problems.

People that can't point shoot, or are looking for the intimidation factor. Just need more practice shooting while looking over the sights, not through them.

I have a lasermax guide rod laser in a glock in my wife's night stand. I would not spend that money again. I also have on on my walther p22. both are useless.

I'm in the military and carry a m9 9mm pistol every day. I can hit a 4" circle from 25 meters. I have over 1000 rounds through my M&P9. It's just a cool little gadget.

IMO the CT are the way to go. I have seen them on a few guns, also was considering them for my Sig. Just never got around to getting them.

I'm not questioning your ability, but you have to admit that the laser is attractive to those that don't know where the round is going to hit.

Cool factor - check
Intimidation - check
Aiming -fail

With my glock when I use the sights I can not see the red dot. The front site post covers it.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner. If you're shooting your gun even close to right you won't be able to see the laser. The only time I could see it coming in handy is if you were down in a defensive position. Even then I don't see myself looking for a little dot. I'm going to be letting lead fly.

The only time I have felt it was worthwhile was taking the head off a snake in my back yard. Snakes make me nervous . LOL
