I have been looking at a few used P30's and P30SK's . They are used and on all of them the right side slide-stop/release levers are loose and flop around. I have read that this is a common thing. My question is this : Can you remove the right side lever and run the gun without it ? It appears that the frame is the only thing that holds the lever on. If you take the lever off (right hand side) will the left side stay on and the slide stay on the gun and run without it ? Thanks for any information.
