How many rounds did it take to dirty the muzzle like that? Is that holster rubbing marks or residue on the side of the slide?

How do you carry it being under 21? The open carry bill is finally making its way thorugh the legislature, might be legal by the end of the year to open carry. :headbang:

a person that resides in texas must be of 21 years of age or older to PURCHASE a handgun COMMERCIALLY. meaning from a store like academy or such. and 18 for a rifle a shotgun. now for the interesting part: a person 18 years or older, but under the age of 21, may PRIVATELY, through trade or private sale of, like from texas gun trader or someone else, not purchased in a store, may buy and or acquire a handgun." meaning if you lived in texas, you could legally sell me a handgun, and i could legally buy it from you and own and possess it, with a bill of sale from you. which i would gladly fill out and sign, as i ask all buyers of my firearms to sign. also, i probably shoot about 1400 rounds of ammo a week, 2 weeks a month. i spend ALOT of time at the range, just shooting paper, and working on drills. future leo officer here. |

Nope. It's a mix of different parts. DPMS stripped lower, RRA stock, Stag Arms LPK, Stag Arms 2H 16" 5.56 upper, Magpul MOE handguard.

I'm happy with it. It goes bang every time I pull the trigger. Stag Arms also makes some damn good stuff. The only thing on it that's "cheap" is the DPMS stripped lower, but 99% of lowers are the same. I'd love to build another one, but that will come later on. If I do decide I want to buy another firearm anytime soon, it'll probably be a shotgun of some sort.

Ya I've heard good stuff about BCM. And I put the lower together and topped it off with a complete upper.

The basic stag trigger is pretty decent, so I'll probably stick with it for now. Building it took maybe 20-30 minutes. I thought it was very easy, and my roommate finished his in about the same amount of time.
