Need Help! Newbie! EFI LIVE Tuneing 99 silverado lq9

Hey everyone. Long time reader first time poster! phump Just did a cam swap in my silverado. Lq9, Full length pace setter headers, no cats, and as of yesterday a 224/228 114 cam swap. Truck was flash tuned previously for the Lq9 and everything ran pretty decent. Now obviously with the cam swap I need a complete tune. My buddy has efi live and we have purchased a licence for my truck already. Looking for someone with a similar set up that I could see the tune file? Right now the Truck bearly idles as expected. But when I drive it, It feels like its missing in the mid range, from like 2500rpm up. Not sure if thats tune related or not. I just ordered a new set of plug wires to make sure thats not the issue! Any input would be greatly appreicated!

Tighten the plug gap and scan it for codes, if its a misfire or detonation it will set the light.
