Default Lightning 3.4L ISSUE!!!

a friend of mine has a 2003 Lightning and he just finished his new build..after a month we finally have the engine back in with a 3.4 whipple sitting on top. we finally went to crank it up for the first time and it wouldnt start.

We go to crank it up and the fuel pumps dont kick on, the cluster mileage reads all dashes, we are having problems connecting with the pcm, the engine turns over but just will not start..we checked all fuses and they are all good..

anybody have any idea what could be causing this???

Maybe some ground or a loose connection? If youd say it was just the fuel pump then id say it could be the crank position sensor. But you could check it anyway.
