haveing prolbem getting hp tuners to scan for the frist time in my 99 need some help
I just got a hp tuners kit for my 99 rcsb 1500 but when I go to it this just pops up.....the interface was found but no vehicle power was detected verify cable is connected and key is in run position also make sure the diagnostics port has bower and its fuse is good.....I tried it running and its still no good im new to tuneing am I doing sometin wrong and if its a fuse were would it be... thank you for lookin guys
