My ford was working fine but it didn't show the gas so I changed the fuel tank and nothing it was the same but it worked so I used it the it wouldn't turn on it would just crank and then I changed the fuel tank back to the old one that has the old pump and everything but now it won't start I've checked fuses and relays but they seem fine but now nothing shows up on the dash no lights the needles don't move at all need help

LOL sorry had to post that.

Try re writing your question in a way we can understand what you're saying.

Most likely you pinched some wiring or something somewhere or don't have something connected or the battery is dead.
