Tune

Is there anyway to lean out the fuel curve
for stop and go/low speed driving without
messing up my whole tune ? it really sucks
driving around the city stop and go traffic.
where would i look/change in HPTuners ?

For me I log STFT and adjust as needed. My stoich AFR is 14.7 and I'm routinely around +- 1-2%.

I'm SD tuned (preferred by me).

Airflow: VE table, Any particular range of cells, Highlight and multiply by .94
That is equivalent of " Going Down one JET size "

Closed loop is just going to bring it back to stoich.

To me it's a pointless things to try and lean out the fueling, run the vehicle at the stoich rating for the fuel you are using.
