Default truck sounds like its farting out the exhaust

well ive been having this problem it sounds like its farting out the tail pipe like a soft pop well i have a walbro 255 and they say your not suppose to run past a 1/4 well it happened to run down to atleast an 1/8 so im thinking that a burnt that fuel pump out but it still starts my truck and idles and revs i think the fuel pressure is just wicked low at an idle or even none anyone ever had this problem

Why don't you hook up a gauge to it then?

Funny title LOL.

Dumb question, but if you think its the fuel pump, did you take off the gas cap to try to " listen" ?

I dont think you burned your pump by only having 1/8 tank.

brand new plugs, wires its never ever done it before till i ran it past 1/4 tank of gas someone told me i might have a hole in my piston but if i did **** would be burning oil like a mother****** so thats the only thing i can think of is the fuel pump whats the psi suppose to be at an idle

check your new plugs and make sure you didn't crack one while installing... Had that problem on a buddy of mines just the other day... after hours of troubleshooting we finally decided to look at his brand new plugs he installed and one had a minor crack.... caused it to pop.. especially under WOT.... Just because everything is "brand new" doesn't mean you didn't accidently crack one, while installing or possible defect that you didn't notice...
