Default Truck is pulling A LOT of timing, why?

I've been fighting a problem with my 2008 Sierra Denali with it pulling timing excessively and I cannot figure out why,:banghead: here's the details on the truck

6.2/6l80e
Long tubes, ORY, catback, LS3 MAF conversion (switched the wires to the correct designation), AEM Brute Force CAI, LS3 Throttle body, VVT delete with LS3 stock cam.
I have replaced the plugs, swapped coils with known good ones, crank sensor, cam sensor, lifters, valve springs(stock LS3), cam, oil pump(Melling M295), and fuel pump(Walbro 255) with new ones. I'm at a loss here and don't really know what else it could be causing it to pull this much timing, here is a log and the tune

MAP sensor calibration is wrong and there is a dead miss on bank 1 at high load...lots of things wrong. Fix the MAP sensor values first.
