Default Throttle / idle down quetion

So back in the day of carb'd engines, if you bump the gas the RPM would jump up (duh) and then fall back to idle real fast. With my 5.3, if i bump the throttle, it takes forever to get back to idle rpm.. maybe 5 seconds or so... what needs to be changed in the ECM to get that snappy idle responce?

thanks
clint

Throttle follower delay and decay. There are P/N and (in) gear tables.
