Default Tach Signal Wire

Where can I find a tachometer signal wire under the dash? I need one to hook to my E-boost street boost controller. The manual says "The E-Boost Street is ONLY able to accept an RPM signal in the form of a square wave that is switching between 0V and 3.5-12 volts." Does this exist on our trucks? Mine is an '01 5.3L 2WD ECSB. Thanks!

Anyone? Hoping to make the connections today.

A little research suggested the wire is white, but that's for an f-body. And I want to make sure the signal type is correct.

Figured it out. I spliced into the white wire that goes into the cluster. I had to set the boost controller to 4 cylinders though, I guess our trucks do engine speed a little differently.
