Default STFT good, LTFT too high

So... My short terms at idle and cruise, or stay throttle, stay between +5% and -5%... But my long terms never get below +15%. Anyone got an idea... I think I have an evap line by the tank that's leaking but I dunno if that could cause it or not.

LTFTs adjust over time to keep the STFTs near zero. Don't expect much help with the little amount of information you are giving about the vehicle.

Vacuum leak, dirty MAF, clogged fuel filter, weak fuel pump......

Those are some of the many things (and most common) that might be your issue. Some more info about your truck would be helpful.
