I am currently having speedo problems...wondering if anyone would know what it is... i start my car and drive for about 30 mins..speedos fine...after 30 mins the speedo guage begins to fade down ward til it gets to zero....drivin up to albany at 85mph...speedo read 0- 10 mph half the way....when truck is restarted the speedo might work for a couple minutes before it fades out....otday i had the opposite effect....drivin down a back road at 40- 45 my speedo read liek 75....anyone know the cause...Help!!!!

 

have you checked your speed sensor?

i hear the 03+ had problems

get a cluster put in it

 

we will find out when i give it to my mechanic on Friday!

 

its the cluster...03 up clusters are junk had mine replaced under warrenty at around 30k

 

It's not a speed sensor or any.repair company. I do at least 3 of these a week. I send mine to Model Electronics in New Jersey.

 

Thats the place in ramsey...my mechanic said he was going to go to some place in ramsey that rebuilds them....how is thieir work?

 

I've used them for 10 years and they've never once let me down.
