Default scan and tune....what do i need to change?

I took the truck to the track and scanned a pass. Tell me what i need to change on er or what you think?
If you look at the timing it's kinda crazy in 1st and 2nd then in third it's a solid straight line....
i know very little about what i'm doin so hook a brother up.
most of my tables are still stock..
