Default rusty coil terminal

I was looking at the used coils I bought for my upcoming turbo 5.3 project and noticed something. One of the coils has some rust on the terminal where the spark wire connects. Should I just clean it and run it or buy a new coil?

I paid $110 for the whole set of eight and new coils are $50 each. I'd almost be better off buying another used set.

Just burnish the terminals with a small file and run with it.

Some dielectric grease wouldn't hurt either.
