Default PCM A/C Compressor?

I went from electric throttle body to cable on my 06 and had to change my computer to a 07 Express van that was cable throttle body and had oem electric fans like my 06 Silverado. Know I turn my 06 Silverado and my electric fans stay on low . I did a 6.0 on my 06 and have to remove my a/c cooling . I recharge the compressor but it won't turn on or my oem fans go on hi.Do I have to take my new 07 Express van computer to a tuner to make it work or what's the problem? I know the compressor has to turn on so my fans turn to hi if I'm not mistaken.

By the way my a/c control is digital

I don't believe the vans had electric fans.

All the ones I have seen an messed with were mechanical.

It probally needs to go to a tuner to have the fans turned on in the new PCM while they're in there they can change the vin to match the truck for inspection and tune it to rune better.

Tanks for your advice I will take it to my tuner . Do you think this could cause by a/c compressor to not turn on? By the way I only added 22oz of freon .

Here is a picture of my truck haven't had time to make a post of this build I only work on her on the weekends . The only problem I'm having right know is my fans won't go on his and a/c compressor won't turn on and my fuel gauge stays on full all the time. I already checked all a/c plugs, fuse, relay and swap my control from another truck I'm guessing I have to reprogram my pcm to make all this work and continue with my project.

Express vans do not have E-fans, FWIW.

Yeah, if you take it to a tuner, they can enable the fans, and set them up how they need to be. Also, the a/c may need to be changed in the ecm as well.

Yes my tuner reset the hi fans and looks like the express vans have the connection for the a/c compressor in a deferent slot then the 06 Silverado pcm. I will have to change the pins to the correct slot just can't find a diagram of a express van pcm .

Can't get my a/c to work with the 2007 express van pcm it will only work with my original 06 pcm . Has someone knows if it is possible to make my a/c work with the 07 express pcm? Or which pcm should I use ?
