Default Online cluster rebuilders, any recommendations?

I bought an old high mileage 03 that the cluster goes out at times, all the stepper motors go out at the same time. From what I've been reading the small packs of resistors in the cluster overheat and yellow's the board. I took mine apart and found that, but no idea how to fix it.

Have you guys had luck with any of the 1000's of people online/ebay that rebuild them and send them back? Or does anyone on here rebuild them? Mainly looking for a factory rebuild since its up over 215000 miles, not looking to get fancy. May possibly look into a red led back light depending on price.

Heres the cluster in question.

The issue is really easy to fix yourself if you have a soldering iron. Just heat the resistors up to flow the solder and add in new.
