The link he posted will not do me or the other people that have the sticking tach problems any good on 99-02 trucks. They can't be repaired. You either have to buy a new cluster or find a good used one and have the mileage reprogrammed. And there arn't very many companies that do the reprogramming. Digital Dash solutions is one of them and they charge $120 to do it. The techni-car company does it for $42.50.
