I was on my way to the shop to put the feul pump in, and stopped to get the truck washed. Now the trans wont shift by itself. It shifts manually. Also it wouldnt shift into fourth on the highway, and the converter wont lock. WTF?? Its 7 degrees here. Do you thnk that I froze something under the truck washing it?? I limped it to the shop, and I'm letting it thaw. As some of you may know, I just put the yank in last night. The trans has a Transgo kit, corvette servo, and billet valves.

Sounds like the tranny is holding shifts to let the engine and tranny get up to temp faster. Let it thaw and it may be fine.....you could also disconnect the ground on the batt and let it sit for awhile to reset the pcm. If that doesnt work Id go after the tranny temp sender and see if its working properly. Is your engine temp gauge working properly? I believe the gauge cluster has its own temp sender for ECT and so does the pcm.....in that case the sender for the pcm could be gone as well. That should give you some direction, let us know what you find.
