No POWER 12+ to PCM

I have a 2000 silverado , Install a reflashed unit PCM. I have no 12volt to any pin. There are two orange wires which I think that they are to have the 12 volt hot at all times? am I correct. since I have no idea what is a maxifuse or where it is, CAN I just use a regular 20 Amp fuse to the batery and these two orange wires? If any one can educate me on what is a maxifuse and where it is, I will be very greatful. Apicture is worth many words. Note there are two connectors MALE, oe is red the other is Blue which connector the red or blue is the one with the 12 volts on at all times? Help soon before I just take a chance.
The gentlemen that gave me the drawing of the CPM connector pin out, has been very helpfull, so thank you.

I have found the 12 volt (two orange wires on the blue connectors). I now have another problem, the CPM will NOT re-learn the anti-theft code. So the truck starts for about 10sec then it stalls.

Question: How do I remove or eliminate the anti-theft system? I do not need it, I just want the truck to run.

Basicaly, what do I modify on the PCM so that it will ignore the anti-theft system and the truck can run.
