Nelson Tune??

How much HP & TQ are u supposed to gain with the Nelson Tune, I have a 00' GMC :drive: . What can I expect?

i think it would all depend.. the biggest gains will be on his shift points and shift firmness.. I road in a friends truck before and after and it was a BIG seat of the pants difference.. i'd say he picked up a good 3tenths since he had a cam and other bolt ones also. The more mods, the bigger the tuning gain im sure

Fuel-air ratios, timing tables, trans line pressures, trans shift points, elect fan turn on points, among a few others. Point is you need to fill out the form on the website and find out what HE thinks he can do if it is mail order.

What he did for my truck on Friday was AWESOME. It now keeps pulling above 80 and third gear is no longer Dead Zone. I chirp bigger than life 1st to 2nd. If I jump it at 15 mph I can't keep the tires on the ground. Without even trying he took my truck well into the 14's with just a tune. :hail: :hail: :hail: :hail: :hail:

Email or call, a live street tune is worth the money. :secret:
