Default need a tune, goodbye hypertech

i'm really getting tired of the detonation and the hypertech didn't do a good enough job. so now it's time to get a tune. i've called MTI here in houston and for $350 they'll do a dyno tune, sounds like a good thing. i've heard things about nelson tunes, or even going with hptuners. so my question is, which to go with. my main purpose is to get the truck running healthy again. i'd prefer mpg over performance for right now. and i want a product with great customer service and a good reputation. so, help me decide guys. what'll it be?

i'm also looking at replacing the spark plugs. i have the ngk tr55's and am happy with them. but according to the ngk website there are four different plugs to choose from. what's the difference between them, which one is best?

To me customer service plays a big part in buying anything, and Nelson has outstanding Customer Service.

I've heard good things about Westers. I will go with them most likely when I upgrade.

If you can get a dyno tune that is the best way to go.
