Default Need help Low coolant light

So i added a aluminum expansion tank to replace my the stock coolant tank so it wouldn’t be in The way of the turbo. And the low coolant light stayed on. Btw its a 2002 silverado. Anyone know how to remove the light? Im thinking of putting a resistor two both wires but i wanna double check and get some info.

No need for a resistor, just join the two wires together.
