Default LQ9 Misfire.. no codes??

What's up guys. I have a 07 NNBS with a Vortec MAX 6.0L and I seem to have a misfire at idle or reverse. Once the truck is going. It seems to be just fine. Ive had the truck 2-3 months now and Ive read endless threads and can't seem to pinpoint what could be causing this. I've had the truck plugged into a code scanner and have gotten 0 codes or CEL 's.
I called friend of mine which is a service manger at a local Chevy dealer and he says that it's completely normal. This is not what I wanted to hear... After trying to convince myself that this is "normal" for the past few weeks I took it to another friend of mine which has had his share of GM vehicles.
After sitting in the truck for 30 sec. He says to me. This **** is broken... There has to be a problem here. There's no way this drove off the lot like this. Which brings me to writing this.
What do you guys suggest I try next?

Try unplugging the injectors one at a time will truck running see that help pinpointing the misfire.maybe one not connected all the way or bad ground( there one one fire wall drivers side, one one passenger side of block behide intake) chech York cam sensor which inthe back intake also and crank sensor passenger side behide starter. Try cleaning your maf sensor and throttle body (don't moved throttle blade)..just throwing a few things out there

Will do. I'll start with this and go down the list. Is it possible for it to be any of these possible problems you mentioned without getting a CEL?

I have seen crank sensor mess up of metal being on the magnet throwing timing off, but that wasn't on a gm it was on nissan pathfinder. Bad ground yes! In my 06 stock sides tune, cai, borla muffer if you let it idle for long period of time it will start to lope

Every single time I've ever had a failing or completely failed fuel pump in these trucks, it never set a code, even when it's barely idling, shaking and jerking the truck around and cutting off completely.

Hook up a data logging scanner, not a code reader, and monitor current individual cylinder misfires and individual cylinder misfire history.
