Default lc-1 to pcm?

Is there a way to hook a wideband to the pcm and create a custom pid in HPT to read afr's in a 02 silverado pcm? I know it can be done on F-bodys because i did it on my firebird and it worked great. On f-bodys you just put the ac pressure switch on a on-off-on switch and when i want to tune i switch it to read the wideband signal through the pcm and have a custom pid set up to use the 5v ref to read my afr's. I know that is comfusing so here is the link to set it up (https://ls1tech.com/forums/pcm-diagn...eio-print.html). is there any way to do the same thing to a 02 silverado pcm? i guess i just need to know what sensor used a 5v ref and i can set up the pid.

i basically just need to know if there is a 5v referenced sensor that isnt a major sensor the pcm uses to make the truck run correctly like a ac pressure or something like that i can tap in to. i can prolly fiddle around use the pid for my firebird to make a pid for the truck using the correct sensor.

There are ways to do it like you said wiring in one of the signal wires to the PCM... I didnt want to go through that hassle or mess with PCM wiring any more than I had to. I upgraded to pro.

yea i dont really want to spend another $250 to send mine in to get upgraded. its not really that hard and once its set up its just a flip of a switch, its kinda nice actually.

You could use the egr wiring. You can disable the egr in the tune and use the wiring harness for it. Basically the same way you used the a/c pressure switch with a custom pid.
