Default Issues with MAF reading and boost.

Just wondering if anyone has ever ran into this issue. When doing a pull from say 5500-6300 or so, the MAF hertz is sitting at the 13500 cell. As the rpms go up you would think it would read more airflow across the sensor. It's causing it to be rich around 5500 and by the time it climbs to 6300 it's lean because it's still in the same hertz range. I'm running 14.5lbs on a 5.3 with a e38 pcm(trick turbo stage 3). Because of this issue I've been wanting to upgrade to the 2bar OS but that is not available on my 2011. If I can't figure out this MAF thing it looks like I'll be hunting down a PCM that's compatible with the 2bar SD OS patch.

Increase the tube size the MAF sits in if using a card style MAF. Going from the 3in tube to a 3.5 or up to a 4in.

Nahh it's not maxed out. It can read up to 15000 hertz.

The E38 uses a virtual VVE table. You can use a 2bar sensor just fine. No need for a COS, just have to rescale the VVE table.

yeah that's what the plan was. I got the part throttle area of the VVE within 5% but I'm having issues tuning the boosted areas of the table. When I past my changes and hit hit calculate coefficients it's doing weird things and I'm chasing my tail it seems.
