Shouldnt have open the blade by hand.

But you'd need a a tech 2, modis, solous or something that can do a relearn procedure.

Thanks for the info. I did a idle relearn at my friends shop. I wonder if it would have worked when i changes my 87mm to the 90mm. It was doin the same thing. So i took it off and put my stock 87 back on

The area scalar needs to be adjusted for the 90mm or you will have a high idle going from the 87mm stock unit.

HP Tuners scanner will do it. Its under VCM Controls>General>Throttle>Cleaned Reset. I've used it on multiple trucks that idled high after customers cleaned their throttle bodies. Works perfect.

Well, I’m going to open this thread up again. I’ve got a 2010 Sierra doing the same thing. I had just cleaned mine after installing a new CAI on the pickup. And yes... I opened the blade by hand to get a better clean not thinking it would be much issue. Was I sure wrong. Replaced TPS sensor. I know for a FACT that I plugged everything back in and have the crankcase breather hose back on. So I’m about certain it needs to relearn. Is there a way it can be done without a scan tool. I’m having a hard time finding info for this vehicle
