I still do not think the segment swap was performed correctly. Post up your original tune file, before you apply the 2bar stuff or do anything to it.

just wanted to update people because maybe this will help someone else one day, Truck is fixed running and shifting great. The fix for the issue codes (p0740 & P0785) was a Write Entire. I jumped in the truck last night and instead of using write calibration when I went to flash the tune in after segment swapping the trans and trans diag segments, I chose write entire instead and the segment swap finally took and the truck is haulin the mail now.
