Default HP tuners scanned codes Help?

So here is all the codes I am showing on the hp tuners would somebody please give me some insight thankyou!

[PCM] P0101 - Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Performance (Immature)
[PCM] P2A01 - O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Bank 1 Sensor 2 (Old) (Current) (Immature)
[PCM] P2A04 - O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Bank 2 Sensor 2 (Old) (Current) (Immature)
[PCM] U1305 - Class 2 Data Link Low or High (History) (Immature)
[Brake] C0245 - Wheel Speed Sensor Frequency Error (SES) (Old) (Immature)
[Brake] C0035 - LF Wheel Speed Circuit Malfunction (SES) (Old) (Immature)
[Brake] C0040 - RF Wheel Speed Circuit Malfunction (SES) (Old) (Immature)
[Entertainment] B1035 - Discr. Sensor Closed or Short to GND (History) (Current) (Immature)

Did you fail the MAF sensor for tuning your VE table and forget about it?

The O2 sensor codes are from the rear O2s not working...are they disconnected?

Different size tires/wheels cause the brake codes, its nothing to worry about.

I looked on the HP tuners repository and could not find anything close I wish I someone had the similar tune for me to download!

oh and how do I hook up my LC1 wideband to my HP tuners!

If you have the pro version use that, if you have the regular version you can hook it up through the EGR port (thats what I did).

I have the proversion my wide band is working right now just not wired to the HP tuners I just need the wirring diagram to wire it to it!
