How To : Segment Swap with HPTuners
We get this allot so I figured it was time to start a thread, this is how you have a segment swap done if you are doing the 4L60/4L65E to 4L80E swap.
First you have to locate your OS# in your current tune, here is where it is located.
After locating your OS# you must log into your account at HPTuners.com >> Performance At Your Fingertips and go to the Tune Repository. After doing so you want to search for a like year truck that would have came from the factory with a 4L80E. If you have a 04 1500 Silverado then just search for a 04 2500 Silverado and chances are you will find one. You must download the tune and check to see that the primary OS# matches the one that you have in your stock tune.
Once you have found a matching file, you then need to email support@hptuners.com and ask them nicely for a segment swap. Attach both your current tune and the 4L80E tune that you found to the email. Hpt usually has good turn around on segment swaps but keep in mind they are off sometimes too so plan ahead.

Just though I'd update this thread.
When 2.25 is fully released it will have a "Do it yourself" segment swap. They no longer have to do it in house. But I am sure there will still be some OS's that you wont find and will have to email support to see if they have one on hand to give you.
