Default How far can you "tune" a 4L80E?

I know the 60E likes to puke its guts with too much of a pressure increase, but how far can the 80s pressure be pushed? Im just looking to firm up the normal shifts. I hate floating between gears.

I've seen people pushing 200psi max in forward and 290psi max in reverse, I'm not sure how much higher you can go.

It's not all about pressure to make one live .. Shift speed is a major factor. Best tips I can give you is make the gears in the trans pull the truck not hp of the engine.. No matter what trans it is

What about shift times? Ive always read that anything below .250 on a stock 60e is bad, but what about a stock 80e?
