Whew, and I thought he was just ducking me. I sent him a log last week for a retune and was wondering why I can't get through or no response to e-mails. I was hoping to have my retune before trip to atlantic city next weekend. My gas mileage blows from the original tune. I guess they are swamped.

Ha Ha... not funny, but it's just wonderful to see how popular Allen's got. On the other side of that, it's not like a small business. Getting that immediate customer support from a one-man (& wife) show is hard when the seller has gotten so popular.
Hope you get that worked out. If not, send it back to Allen in exchange for your stock tune. Then, PM Wheatley. He's a closer ride in Houston, and will get it done RIGHT in person. Have seen a few trucks with his tuning. Don't think you'll hear any complaints. He may not have as many clients as Allen, but that how you can get same day responses. Easier when you're still the small biz in town. As soon as you "blow up", it's harder to keep giving customers immediate feedback.
Good luck!
