I would use a Holley Dominator over fuel tech but that's just my opinion.

You likely will not want to keep the stock computer with a crazy setup making 1200hp. You will run into a ton of nannies and airflow limiters within the computer at that power level.

Listen to Charlie.

He's got a lot of experience with FuelTech. He's not trying to lead you astray or take your money. He wants that motor/trans to live.

I would also lean to the Dominator. What setup and operating system is currently running it?

Do i know you? Yes i still need keep ecu due pass the emission. Think fuel tech is only can do piggyback with my ecu. I don’t mind have Charlie do it. But he’s not trying explain me what and why better fueltech. When i tried text him. He always respond few words. For example say fuel tech good for high boost. That it. Not explain more. Because I want to know and learn. Make me more comfortable to buy stuff. In past i been wasted with money

Nope. You don't know me but I know Charlie.

I totally understand why you'd be wary of spending that kind of money with little or nothing to go on.
