Well I have been having this on going issure with fuel pressure drop in the higher rpms. I have installed a walbro 255 intank as well as inline. Installed the racetronix hotwire kit, changed filters, injectors...everything. I run the vic jr but still retained my evap system. I changed over to efilive cos3 running strikly OLSD.
Tonight I got to looking at all my tables and I mean all of them and noticed that the purge valve is set to disable in OL. Changed it to enable and what do ya know, no more problems. I guess the intank pump was vapor locking and pulling down the inline as well. Lesson learned.

Yeah it was one of the last things I would look for. I think a lot of people who switch to the vic jr just ditch the evap system but I ended up keeping. Good thing is it made me upgrade my fuel system to try and fix my problems.
