I have more data-logs than you could imagine. I have over 100 for the 3.6L Alloytech. On that engine 100% OE the throttle blade opens 100% with 25% pedal input from a stop. This is done to improve MPG.

I have about 140 ETC parameters that I can change. The few you get with HPT or EFILIve doesn't sound like it would cause your issue

 

Sound like a computer is deciding how to drive for me. The machines are taking over!!!!
