Default fan swap ecu programing

hey all

did a efan swap over the winter now that summer was here couldnt get the ac to go on till i found out the ecu needed to be set up for A/C

now a/c is working and the fans come on but when its time to kick on hi speed the relay for it is getting pulsed signal (hear the relay clicking)

Have you verified the signal (voltage) going to the relay from the PCM? If that current is constant, I would bypass the relay altogether to see if the fan comes on. I just had a relay go bad on my E-fan harness after my new motor was installed and that's how we found it.

theres a setting that uses the second fan output to control a vent flapper or something. you need to set that output to fan #2.

Snake oiler put up a great link , hopefully it solves your problem.
Same thing happened to me with my swap with a van pcm, Relay would just pulse, changed the setting to "fan 2" now all good
