ENGINE SWAP , A/C Problem HELP!!!

I have a GMC Sierra 2001 V6 manual transmission I swapped the engine with lq4:burnout:. The A/C is not working:huh: I have checked every thing the ECU been flashed and tuned . need help please ASAP :hmmm:
