Default Engine fires but doesn’t stay running

Swapped the 5.3 out of my 06 Silverado for a TMS 370. Sunday I started the motor up for about 5 secs to circulate some tranny fluid then shut it down. Monday I pulled the PCM and took it to the tuner for a base tune and 4l80 operating system. Installed the PCM today and all I’m getting is the engine to fire off for a sec then dies immediately after. Called tuner, VATS is disabled and he says nothing in the tune should be causing any issue. Stock MAP and injectors. Giving it any amount of throttle isn’t helping. Looking for suggestions. Went over most fuses but any I should double check?

Only changes made between Sunday and today are cutting the MAF plug and wiring in the IAT sensor.

Beats me without seeing a tune file or logs.

Possible that the MAF isn't disable correctly if you removed it.

It started up originally without the MAF plugged in, so I’m thinking that’s not the issue. But I don’t know if anything was changed for it in the tune.

After a little more research, I more understand what you mean about disabling the MAF. Going to buy a code reader today. If I don’t get the 3 MAF codes, is it safe to say the MAF isn’t diabled correctly? Instead of sensing a MAF failure and switching to SD, it’s still trying to run on MAF?

If code P0103 is set, it would go straight to speed density.

If it's not, I could see the issue with it not reverting to SD.

Just pulled codes and only ones there are downstream 02 sensors. They’re unplugged. About 99% positive it’s not forcing SD. Tuner is going to go over the file again. Appreciate the help!
