Default E38 Wiring harness

Ok I think I am going to keep this wiring harness and just have it reworked for my 6.2 going into 92 C1500. My question is who is the best place to send it to to have it converted to a stand alone harness? I do not know anything about wiring so I need this to be literally plug and play when I get it back.

painless has a new harness for $1300. Il go carb before I pay that much for one. Speartech wanted $1295 for a new one or $1095 to rework mine and send a computer and pedal with it. Send me a message what you think it will take to covert it. I was told I could just pick up a 05 vette pedal and a LS2 silver blade 90mm throttle body? IDK im still learning.
