Dynatech Long tubes, off road pipe, O2's turn off still CEL
After 2 years of owning my headers I finally installed them, took 3 days Grrr, three bolts broken in the heads, had to drill and retap, one pipe had to be modified, anyway... I have EFI Live with a BlackBear program, but I gotta have tehm "update" the program for the new EFI Live software. I was able to "disable" the cat sensors in the program and uploaded it. After a few blasts it is throwing the rear O2 codes. My sensor are NOT plugged in, do they need to be? Also this is the hard part, after the pipe mod I CAN't install them into the exhaust because of the front driveshaft. When I had my 96 Impala SS one rear O2 went bad and I put simulators in there for no CEL. can I plug my "white plugged" O2's in and tie wrap them to the inner frame? Thanks for any help on this matter.
