Where to weld Wideband Bung stock manifolds and Y
So do i weld the bung here?

Yes. Make sure that you put it somewhere that the sensor won't be interfering with the body. Hold the sensor up there so you can see how much room you need. Then make a mark with a Sharpie, and remove the y-pipe.

:) got it! already marked just need to take off the Y

The main thing you want to remember next to accessibility is the clock position. It is suggested to weld it at least the 9-3 oclock position or above. When there is moisture in the pipe it will be in the lower portion of the pipe, and you don't want a WB to get wet.

That being said i can weld it straight up then? at a 90 degree angle?
and it also says to put it at a 15 degree angle away from the flow of the exhaust |

I'm not gonna pin anything to the pcm?
How am i gonna log the wideband to efi live, sorry if i sound kinda dumb |
Ok. I'm not sure how you connect the WB to EFI Live. I use HPT pro, and it connects to the HPT cable for datalogging. Which version of EFI do you have? One of the EFI guys should be able to point you in the right direction.
If you don't get a response in this thread, search or post a new thread in the tuning section. |
