Usually when you get a random misfire, it more or less leads to a bad cat or a bad MAF........

Ive checked everything but the thing I found out is when I start the truck with remote start is when I get the code. When I start it with the key it goes away. To tell you the truth it started when it got cold, never seen it in the summer time... Thanks

ive had the same code for a long time. only throws the code at idle and its associated with a p0101 (maf performance) that only gets thrown at 1/4 throttle under accel. i have brand new maf and map so everything is pointing to cats. ive done complete tune up including o2's, plugs, wires, coils, intake gaskets, fuel filter, cleaned the injectors by takin them out and tapping them on a rag with cleaner, and cleaned the pcv system. if you have a diagnostic scanner or somethin or know someone who does that can check the o2's get them to drive around with it plugged up and check them, or drop your y-pipe and see how it does then.
