Are you talking about the high idle?
Did you clean your TB recently / before this started?
Did you remove and clean the Idle air control valve too?

Are you sure the throttle is closing all the way leaving a little slack in the cable? If it's closed and sitting on throttle stop screw... back off the throttle stop screw starting with around half a turn. Unplug both the IAC and TPS sensors > turn key to the on position (no start) for 30 seconds > turn key to the off position > re-plug the TPS and IAC sensors > start engine and see if the idle has dropped. Repeat adjusting the throttle stop and resetting the sensors (as above) until you have a stable idle. The correct way would be setting the IAC counts in HP Tuners scanner software using the same procedure as above.

theres no slack i tried turning it on with the cable removed but does the same thing. I got my pcm unlocked and tuned from sum dude on offer up LOL, u think it can be a tuning issue? I also did a little bit of research and figured it might have compression loss in one of the cylinders, idk what do u think? And thanks i will give that a try.

at first, it reminded me of when i removed the EGR & forgot to plug the hole in the side of the intake manifold... except yours stopped before 2000rpm & went down. mine got above 5000 before i turned the key off (at 10pm... in the middle of base housing... with an open Y-pipe)

i agree it's likely an idle air control or throttle blade issue

When you swapped what? TB, intake, motor?

The high idle is obviously too much idle air. Disclosing a little history will give us a clue as to where this air may be getting in.
