Default Cam position sensor circuit low AND high

New sensor, cam timing set straight up. Confused how can circuit be both low AND high? I did delete the EGR and evap wiring from my harness. I have voltage to the red wire on the cam sensor plug.

I'd suggest just clearing the codes and see if it comes back after it's been running awhile.

I have cleared codes multiple times, I just realised yesterday after data logging with hp tuners I don't seem to have a tps or map signal either... so it appears I'm going to have to get back into the harness. Does anyone know if all three of those sensors share a common wire?
