Gauge Cluster Question
Ok, I just picked up an 2005 gauge cluster out of a Police Interceptor Tahoe. But from the research that I've done on the forum, even with reprogramming, this cluster will not work in my 2002 truck. Is this correct??? 
If I can't use it then I'll have to figure out what to do with it. A buddy of mine might want it but anyway, I would like some input on this.....please. I want this to work without taking bulbs out or putting black electrical tape on face......yall know the drill.

correct it wont work , 99-02 are interchangable . then the 03-07 are somewhat , the 03 ones imo have the most features though , instant mpg was kind of cool .

no they are separate.
they have them i have a 7k rpms /140 mph cluster in my truck and its awesome , every light is upgraded to led , my interior in the truck is so far from stockish its sad i dont drive it enough , ive put less than 2k on it in the last 3 years.
