2003 chevy silverado REduce Engine Power
Hello guys,
I have a 2003 chevy silverado, added a supercharger and I am getting a U0107 (Lost commintication to Tac) at load, already replaced the Tac module, check voltage and I just can't seem to find the problem. Replaced the engine harness thinking that would be the problem but it wasn't. Replaced, TB aswell. Truck will turn on and idle good, when running truck won't shift by itself due to the code unless we command shift manually using the bi directional controls , gives me codes P0740 and P0785 but already check trans harness and their full voltage to solenoids, any help will be greatly appreciated. Also you guys think it can be in the tooning?

Did you buy a new TAC Module? How did you get it reprogrammed? Will another TAC Module from a similar model truck work in another truck?
I bought a new TAC Mod and didn't know it had to be programmed. Could I go get one out of the junk yard and it work in my truck?
I have an HP Tuners tuned PCM, they are telling me in order to program the new module that I will have to erase the Hot Rod data and go back to factory settings which will probably make the truck run like crap or not at all and that would not allow the new TAC Mod to program properly without it running or running like crap!
Any help here? Thanks guys
Chad

Is your code specific for the tach module?
They had issues with the wires going to the throttle body plug becoming brittle and breaking. I want to say there was a TSB and when broken wire/ connections where found near or at the plug, they recomended the replacement pigtail be sliced in 4-6 inches from the original plug.
