Default 2 Bar EFILIVE OS upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade my 1bar OS to a 2 bar OS with the V1.2 Commercial scan & tune. When I open the 04110003 2bar 0S I don't have the option to Flash that OS. Do I need to go somewhere and download it or do I need to buy it? Thanks in advance. I can't find anything that explains that part.

You need to have your V1 cable plugged in to your computer when you open the Tune tool on your PC. That will let you do FULL reflashes, which is what you need to do for a Custom OS.
