08 Silverado tune?
 

Have a 08 Silverado and going to do a cam swap ( comp cam 54-450-11) and dod delete. Wanting to get information on a tune. Live in NW Indiana. What advantages of custom ( E-mail) or store bought

Store bought as in a local tuner? I preffer a local tuner to a mail order tune but most people like who do mail order are very good at it.

Put it this way, a "store" bought or "Canned" tune will never be right. Nobody can just predict correct airflow and fueling adjustments for the mods you wish to do.

A custom tune done at a shop is what I'd suggest. Hopefully you don't find a place that will half ass it. It can take several hours to fine tune these engines.

With that information can anyone recommend a place near Northwest Indiana.
