If it was reflashed by a dealer your complete aftermarket tune is gone. It's no longer in your pcm.

 

The dealer print out says they changed or reset the alcohol content. So to me that seems the rest of the PCM wasn't touched. No way to really tell unless the reflash would have also changed my transmission settings (which it didn't)?
